VFC stands behind every order received and shipped, 100%. Any defective product or errant shipments reported from the field will be replaced free of charge upon our being made aware of the problem. Each of our products are shrinkwrapped. While we've never had any defective tapes, nor returns, we will credit any returns of unopened packages, return shipped by the customer.

Delivery Methods & Timing:

We process all orders daily. Each order is fulfilled within 48 hours. If an item is not in stock, we notify the customer on our website (through inventory monitoring) in advance of completing their purchase. The customer is then informed as to when this order is likely to arrive before finalizing their on-line purchase.

Our basic service: All packages are shipped UPS Ground, all traceable shipping system, unless otherwise specified by the customer.Through our fulfillment house, we can meet our customer special needs, including shipping USPS, FEDEX, air and overseas shipping. Additional fees are applied where applicable in advance.
